Four decades of successful projects have brought accolades.

LTS Corporation has provided professional and technical services to the federal government and commercial clients for over 40 years. We have been awarded over 130 federal government and commercial contracts, all of which were completed on time and within budget. As a result of our outstanding performance, nearly all of our clients are long-term clients.

During the last 10 years, LTS has worked for six different National Institutes of Health (NIH) Institutes and Centers and three organizations within the Office of the Director (OD).

Recent contract awards include:

  • In April 2010, LTS was awarded a contract by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Laboratory of Virology, to provide virology research support services for NIAID’s efforts to combat influenza A (H1N1). LTS will support NIAID’s mission of meeting the critical public need for therapies, vaccines, and diagnostics for this virus.
  • In January 2010, LTS was awarded the a two-year contract under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) to provide professional, administrative and management support services to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Division of Intramural Research (DIR) in Bethesda, Maryland, and Rocky Mountain Laboratories in Hamilton, Montana. LTS will support NIAID’s influenza A (H1N1) research efforts to better understand, treat, and ultimately prevent infectious, immunologic, and allergic diseases.
  • In October 2009, LTS was awarded a one-year contract to provide Scientific Review Officer (SRO) support services to Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO), a quasi-state organization that is funded by the State of Maryland. TEDCO funds startup companies for technology transfer purposes and important Maryland-based scientific research projects. LTS is providing scientific peer review support to the Maryland Stem Cell Research Program.
  • In August 2009, LTS was awarded a contract by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Center for Research Resources (NCRR) to provide technical, administrative, logistical and scientific support services to the Office of Review for the purpose of assisting with the planning, receipt, processing, review and award of ARRA recovery funds.
  • In July 2009, LTS was awarded a contract by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Center for Scientific Review (CSR) to provide technical support services to satisfy the additional work for the review of applications received in response to various initiatives related to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).
  • In May 2009, LTS was awarded a new, five-year contract by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Electronic Research (OER), Electronic Research Administration (eRA). This contract was a continuation of work LTS has been performing at NIH for more than five years and which employs twenty people. The eRA designs, develops, supports, operates and maintains software used to receive and process grant applications submitted to the NIH, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Veterans Administration.
  • In March 2005, LTS was awarded a seven-year contract to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).
